Welcome to County Limo. By visiting and using ourselves or our website, for instance, reserving on-line on our site, by telephone, or otherwise, you will be subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Read them because they form your terms of engagement, rights, and legal position with County Limo.

Definitions

“Beneath ‘Business,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our'” includes guides of County Limo and their associates.
“You,” “your,” or “client” is employed to specify the individual or firm utilizing our service.
“Service” shall refer to any transportation, reservation, or other service offered by County Limo.

Bookings and Reservations
Accepting Reservations

Once you have booked with County Limo, you will be notified of the booking through email or message. The pick-up location, time, vehicle type, and special request shall be indicated on the confirmation message. In case there is a change or mistake by any situation, we would be grateful if you could inform us immediately after carefully reading the confirmation.

Payment and Pricing

Service fees would have to be fixed at the time of booking and would vary based on car model, kilometers, and services. Payment may be made in advance or on delivery of service as stipulated under your reservation Terms and Conditions.

Credit Cards: We also accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When you present us with your credit card, it means you are authorizing County Limo to charge you the agreed amount.

Gratuities: Gratuity is not charged to the minimum fare but may be charged on car reservations.

Cancellation Policy

We also realize that things don’t go according to plan and therefore we have liberal Terms and Conditions of Cancellation:

General Bookings: Cancellation 24 hours and above in advance of booked service so that we will not be compelled to charge you for cancellations.
Special Occasions or Long-Distance Travel: Wedding cancellation, party cancellation, or long-distance travel cancellation 72 hours and more.
Late Cancelations or No-Shows: Cancelations within 24 hours before scheduling for service or no-shows will incur a 50% cancelation fee of the total fare.

Service Terms
Service Availability

County Limo is always ready to offer transportation service at all times but shall not be operational due to factors that are beyond our control including weather, traffic, or other unforeseen situations. We may cancel or reject a reservation where we cannot render the service under the above stated conditions.

Types of Vehicles

We also have cars of different varieties that we have for you to provide you with, including sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, and vans. We guarantee you of providing you with a booked car, but in some situations, we use a booked car for ease.

Passenger BehaviorFor our provision of comfort and safety for the passengers, we need the passengers to obey the codes of conduct:

No Smoking: Any form of smoking is not allowed on any of the buses operated by County Limo.
Seat Belts: Seat belts are to be used by passengers while in transit.
Damage or Excessive Cleaning: Misbehavior that caused damage or excessive cleaning required because of misbehavior during the trip will be billed to clients’ soothe lient’saning charge will be levied if necessary.
Use of alcohol: Use of alcohol in some cars (i.e., limousines), provided that all the passengers are adults, is permitted. No illicit drugs are permitted.
Chauffeur’s Option
Safety policies permit our chauffeurs to cancel a trip due to improper conduct, illegal behavior, or any other activity that will lead to harm to the passengers, operator, and car. Refund does not take place in this instance.

Liability and Limitations
H2: Limitation of Liability

Despite every possible effort to ensure the trip is comfortable and smooth, there are some limitations on our liability. We don’t indemnify:

Weather, traffic, or other unavoidable conditions cause delays.
Flights, appointments, or meetings that are delayed due to conditions beyond our control such as client delay or incorrect information regarding bookings.
Personal property lost or damaged while left inside the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for property in transit.

Insurance

Our County Cars are covered by insurance in accordance with federal and local laws. We would recommend the passengers to take the insurance in their name, if they may need cover in the future.

Changes in Reservations
Changes in Service

Changes are possible in the reservations, i.e., the place, the time, or the vehicle. These need to be approved and are on an extra tariff basis. These need to be approved by our customer service staff.
For inclusion of any other stop in traveling or additional traveling time besides that which you originally booked, there will be a surcharge additional. The free charge will be clarified to you by the chauffeur prior to attempting to change.

Privacy and Use of Data
Collection of Data

County Limo receives, processes, and stores your payment information, name, and contact details for the purposes of delivering services, payment, and booking. Your information was provided and utilized as stipulated under our Privacy Policy in your purchase from us.

Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy rights and will not transfer, sell, or share your information with third parties for their use except where required by law or to enable the requested services.

Dispute Resolution
Governing Law

The Terms of Conditions shall be construed in line with and regulated by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Disputes arising out or in connection with the Terms of Conditions shall be settled by arbitration in [Insert Jurisdiction], and the parties submit to the courts of such jurisdiction.

Arbitration

Force Majeure

County Limo is not liable for delay or non-delivery

subject to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disaster, epidemic, action of government, labor union strike, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

County Limo may have the sole right to bring any alteration or amendment in such Shapes and Phrases whenever and wherever we believe fit. Such change shall become operative as and when it is published on our website. We humbly request you to check these Representations from time to time so that whenever you are present in our premises, you’ll remain well aware of your responsibilities and rights.
